Venture Partner

Jayden is the Founder & Managing Partner of Aventas Partners, an investment and advisory firm based in Seoul, Korea. He transitioned to his current role as Venture Partner, after serving as Managing Partner for APL Ventures during 2024-2025.

Prior to APL Ventures, he spent about a decade in finance, which include experiences from both an investment and operations perspective. He started his career with Goldman Sachs IBD, and worked at Morgan Stanley Private Equity. While serving as CFO at Blank Corporation, he successfully led the turnaround & restructuring of the business, closed a funding round from two Korean conglomerates, and executed six M&A transactions.

Jayden holds a BS in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
